Helping Beginners
Motivated by the popularity of classes Woodham taught at Escondido (CA) Adult School, he explains, "I could see what beginners were having trouble catching on to. Right now I think there's a real need for something like this. You can save money, time and it's really fun."
According to Woodham, all haircuts described in his step-by-step video and book are variations of three basic cuts, the trim, layer haircuts, and clipper cuts.
In addition to demonstrating how to cut the hair of several male and female models, Master Barber-Stylist Woodham describes what to look for when you're purchasing tools of the trade: scissors, specialized combs, types of electric clippers, and other items that are required for the work of cutting and shaping hair.
Woodham is currently the owner of Haircut King Barber Shop and Princess Cuts Beauty Salon in Prescott Valley Arizona and has owned his own salon for over 25 years.
Over the past decade Woodham has sold thousands of copies of his book and hopes to do the same with his new professionally directed video.
